Senior Center The Town of New Hartford has a very active Senior Organization. Call 860-379-3980 and talk to Jean Barnicoat, Senior Center Director for additional information. Jean works part-time and can be reached Mondays through Thursdays between the hours of 8:30 and 2:30. If Jean is not available when you call, there is an answering machine, so please leave a message and she will return your call when available.
