However, if you are making a special trip to visit me please know that I am often out in the field on inspections or in meetings. If you phone prior to your visit, you can be sure that I am in and available to assist you. I look forward to working with you.

'Zoning' has been defined as, "a general plan to control and direct the use and development of property in a municipality or a large part of it by dividing it into districts according to the present and potential use of the property."

Applications and regulations can be obtained in the Zoning Office.

 Personnel in the zoning office are more than happy to answer questions you may have; but if your list is extensive it may be best to schedule an appointment.  Please note that conducting inspections is a responsiblity of the personnel in this office and therefore they may not be available to meet with you if you "stop by"
